We’re Hiring – Marketing Manager

Donesafe – “The People’s Safety Software” is currently looking for an experienced Product Marketing and Brand Manager to join us at our swanky offices in Pyrmont, Sydney.

Founded by 3 Matt’s who each have a long history of successful start-up ventures – the company has developed an end to end health and safety compliance solution that customers and partners love.

The Role:

As the Product Marketing & Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving and implementing a content marketing strategy for the product, across both online and offline platforms. You will plan, deliver, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns to create global brand awareness, leads, and ultimately new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver solution advocacy, positioning, messaging and storytelling
  • Formulate competitive positioning and response
  • Drive education and execution of product roadmap and launches
  • Assumes responsibility for all publicity, advertising, direct mail, exhibitions, social media, and online content
  • Develops and maintains appropriate electronic marketing and promotional tools
  • Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, exhibits, and other special events
  • Produce regular and accurate reports for monitoring and management purposes including marketing successes, marketing plan, and budget
  • Work closely with the Sales team for contributions to the marketing strategy, the production of promotional and sales support materials, and the organization and promotion of conferences and events
  • Other duties where necessary

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 – 4 years of experience working in a similar role with exposure to start-ups (direct or agency).
  • Cloud-based product marketing experience.
  • The ability to develop a strategy that reflects overall company direction and values.
  • Social Media strategy and management experience across all major platforms.
  • A creative flair for content writing across multiple media.
  • Experience with both SEO and SEM.
  • Proven experience with design tools including Adobe products, WordPress, and other cloud products.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a can-do attitude.
